Online Therapy for Adults in the UK

I provide online therapy for adults in the UK, offering a consistent and confidential space to work through the themes that matter most. My approach draws on pluralistic therapy, EMDR and LGBTQ+ affirmative practice, tailored to your needs, pace and goals. How online therapy works

Therapy takes place online through secure video sessions. We begin with a consultation to discuss what has brought you to therapy, what you would like to change, and whether I am the right person to work with. Ongoing sessions are usually 50 minutes each week, with the pace and focus reviewed as therapy develops.

Every therapy relationship includes:

  • Secure online therapy sessions for adults in the UK.
  • Room to explore what feels most present each week, whether it's long-standing patterns or something new that has emerged.
  • Ongoing check-ins about how therapy is landing for you so we can adjust the pace, focus, or approaches together.

Therapy approaches I draw on

My approach is pluralistic, drawing on different therapeutic approaches according to your needs, goals and circumstances. This may include EMDR for trauma processing, psychodynamic therapy to explore recurring patterns, and person-centred or humanistic approaches to help you feel understood and supported. You can look at the full range of methods on the Therapy Approaches page.

Issues I help with

People come to therapy for many different reasons, including anxiety, stress and burnout, grief, relationship difficulties, questions about identity, or periods of significant change. We can focus on what is most relevant to you rather than trying to fit your experience into a fixed list of problems.

  • Navigating stress, burnout, and anxiety when life feels relentless.
  • Rebuilding relationships, intimacy, and communication after change or conflict.
  • Exploring identity, belonging, and life transitions at your own pace.

Ready to get started?

If you’re considering therapy, the first step is a free 15-minute consultation. We can talk about what you’re looking for, answer any questions you have, and decide whether working together feels appropriate. If you decide to continue, we can then discuss availability for ongoing sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can I start therapy?

I usually have availability within one to two weeks. Once you submit the booking form I will confirm the next open appointment and share the secure video link.

Do you offer evening or weekend sessions?

Yes. I keep a mix of daytime and limited evening slots to accommodate different time zones. If you need weekend support, let me know when you enquire and I will advise on current availability.

Is there a fixed number of sessions?

No. Some people work with me for a handful of sessions, while others prefer longer-term support. We will review how things are going as we move forward so the length of therapy matches what you need.
